Customer has Elite 48 with VMS voice mail. He wants to have his guest mail boxes transfer off site to cell phones using the mailbox's "Transfer to Ext" option. The Customer has "Call transfer" feature through the phone company (requiring the use of "Flash"). He doesn't want to tie up two lines with the dial 9 option in the transfer string.
In the mail box, I can go to "SetUP", "Transf", "Change #", but I don't remeber how to input the "Flash" preceeding the cell phone number. I know # is a pause.
If I have to do this for him with the laptop, does anyone know the digit to input to reprsent a flash?

I have this working on an IPK, VMP-u40. On Easymade Switch Setup, Line 4. Transfer Inititate: &X,, NTAC had me add the two commas after the default setting and it works every time. Performs hookswitch Centrex transfer and doesn't tie up two lines to accomplish it.
On another system, I had to transfer the call to a virtual extension which was forwarded using the Call Forward-Centrex feature...look in features and specs to see how to set it. Worked great.

Thanks DrPBX.... So, the question is... can a subscriber set up thier own centrex transfer via their mail box set-up options: "Change #" ??
