I must be missing a step. Calls to a specfic line # are directed SIE 083 - CAR 252. This is used to direct all calls to that number to a specific department in the company. I set each Extension in that department to ring when the number is called. I set a Button on each of the phones to SIE 083 to flash when the number is called. This is working.

I want the Call to forward to voice mail if all extensions are busy or no one answers. I setup and activated a voice mail box for 252 and set Call Forward B/NA to voice mail (300)in NEC SAT. For some reason, the IPK isn't accepting the Call Forward B/NA to 300. I verified this by uploading to the IPK and then downloading back to SAT to verify the program.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the phone system is a NEC IPK.

I only use SAT for back-up & restore. Let's try setting it thru the phone. From port 01, press speaker, dial 45,252,300, speaker.

This should get you there.
