Hello everybody,
I got 4 pcs each is P4, with Windows XP SP2 & Norton Antivirus installed .I installed Matworx v.11 to use them with 4 diferent 2000IPS systems...but none was able to do the connection.
after more than a week i formatted one of these PCs, installed the Windows XP SP2, I DID NOT install Norton Antivirus , , and installed the matworx v 11, then tried it...IT WORKS Fine.
Can any body comment on this ????

What type of connection are you use?
LAN ? RS232 ? Modem ?

Sorry, i forget to say about that. !!
I am using RS232 for all sites

Disable Antivirus when installing MATworx. I saw this in a Knowlede base entry www.necntac.com
