We are in need of phone tech support for a customer that has the NEC system. Info that I have is NEC IP1NA - NTCPU-A1. Any information that you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you.

Trish, What kind of problem do you have / help do you need? NEC Tech Svc by phone is 203-925-8801.

We are moving the phone system. This is the 124i system. Just in case we lose any programming we want to be prepared. This customer had the NEC before they became our customer so we are unfamiliar with the system. Thanks for your reply.

You will need more than remote tech support to backup the system. Hopefully the system is equipped with a LAPB and/or DCI/3DCI module so a pc can be hooked up with proprietary software (version dependant) to back it up. I would highly suggest getting a local person familiar with the i-series to help you.
