I am working on a NEC NEAX 2000 system that is presently in a Food shopping store. There is a external paging system tied into the system so the girls on the tills can access the paging on a regular basis. My question is the tone is way too loud (from the telephone system )when the paging amplifier is accessed. Can you lower the tone coming from the system so it is not an annoyance for the customers shopping. It is really loud. Thanks for your help

You can't lower it, but I think it can be disabled. I think an 08 setting controls this.
