I have one. It's so old the pages are turning yellow; dated Sept. 1988.
You should look into a new NEC system!

Just today, I was also informed of some issues with a system that I've got to take care of, and it happens to also be an Electra 8/24.
A manual for said system is something I do not have, so pointers in the right direction would be great!
