Hello All,
I'm having a problem with a customer who has an NEC NEAX 2000 IPS using an 8 port analog card, series 1.
Using an Engenius cordless phone it isn't able to pick up the "star" key to do transfers.
The Engenius's star key is 941Hz, -8.78dBm 1209Hz, -6.45dBm. @ 600 ohms.
Worth noting, any butt set, or cordless works fine, but at the same time Engenius also works fine on pretty much any other PBX made as well.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!
Thanks!
