I have a PRI connected to my NEAX 2000 IPS. Is there a way to see which channels are idle or in use? Is it also possible to see which extension is using a particular channel? I use Matworx v7 for administration.

Thanks!

You can hook a DSS to your desk consol or to any Dterm and assign every trunk to a key on the dss, that will allow you to see which channels are free or in use. The way to see which extension WAS using a particular channel can be acheived by using a call acounting software that can display route number and trunk number...I use a modified Wintariff software for calls logging. Hope that will help. !!!
