I know a lot of people laugh, but I have had a good relationship with the folks down in the City of Commerce in LA.....Graybar.
They ship quickly from regional warehouses, seldom need to wait, if they have it anywhere in the system they'll ship, BUT they are consolidating their V/D into the St. Louis call center. Call takers, order clerks...know nots...KC has the best V/D account managers of all the GBs I've been in.
Target is not in California but do real well, and there is another in Texas. Or just go into the NEC website and see what it takes to become a reseller yourself!
