One thing I have found from the manual that seems different. We have line keys on all the phones, but do not want all the phones to ring. In the manual I believe it says that is program 15-10. But when I look at that, it is something different. I can't remember exactly since I am not sitting in front of the system.

Ok. The NEC Australia CDROM that comes with R2000 IPK2 contains.
TAPI drivers 3rd party , CTA and CTU..
InMail Utility and guide.
Features and Spec. General discription manuals..
Enduser Guides for fones and voicemails.

The R1000 disk used to also contained PCPro but as we are still using a beta here (2.50.11) it's not on the disk.

I also put out a techs disk that carries everything that you need to know anout the IPK2. All apps and manuals. You just have to buy the licenses for the apps that need them..

I believe incoming ringing of CO lines is handled in prog 22 under ring groups? I don't have a system here to reference.

Easiest thing to do is go to the wizard and select ring groups... it will take you through each program.
