For some reason, all calls ring to the sys admin extension after 5 or 6 rings. If sys admin doesn't answer, the line will ring back to the original extension voice mail. Strange! We have a NEC DS2000 phone system at FW Version: 3.22.11 and the latest Voice Mail SW Version. The Voice Mail settings are shown below. This problem started after we upgraded to the latest FW versions. Any ideas? I read about some issues with hunting and setting overflow to 700 in the topic below but this did not solve the issue. https://www.sundance-communications.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?/ubb/get_topic/f/14/t/002099.html

Fixed it!
Apparently the FW update resulted in all of the Hunting Group Destinations (Progam Number 1807) being set to the SA Extension. Changed it to the VM extension (700)for all extension and we are golden.
I figured this out thanks to dans and David Sobel inputs on the referenced post. Took me a while to locate the Progam Number they were refering to in the post. Would have been helpful if the programming guide had referenced this section (1807) when I searched on hunting. Oh well, can't have everything.
Thanks
Pchesnut
