NEC DS2000 phone system at FW Version: 3.22.11 and the latest Voice Mail SW Version.
I wanted to post a FYI regarding a bug we found when the operator line is disable(selected 0 on System Setup tab). We set the system up this way so the AA will automatically put you back into the company announcement instead of ringing the operator (Hate those automated callers).
Unfortunately this would cause the system to get hung in a loop and would tie up the incoming line even after the incoming line disconnects. The line will be hung up until the DS2000 was power reset.
