a customer has a DID number and a regular CO line on their phone. Can I have the Dterm E ring one way on the DID call and another way when an incoming CO call comes in?

You can chage the cadence, but not the ring tone. DID's usually have a double ring. CO calls have 1 long ring. Hope this helps.

An IPS can use different ring tones for any particular DID pattern.
If you look at program 7623, you can assign different tones as long as you are assigning DID or DNIS digits to conversion block numbers is 7600.
