Hi guys and gals, I was asked how can an analogue station using a $10 SLT to call an internal ext.#, while it is now programmed to be "hot-lined" to get an outside line automatically from the line pool without dialing "9". Of course, the user still want to skip the "9" for CO line calling in the future. Can anyone shed some lights? Thanks a lot in advanced! HuntGroup

I dont think you can leave the 9 in programming and get internal dialtone on an anlog station. you need a feature key or intercom button on the phone to grab the intercom.
