Hey folks,
I'm trying to help a customer who has NEC Elite IPK II phone systems which are working, but do not have any auto attendant configured. The original installer no longer answers calls or letters, and cannot be reached to address this issue.
Is there an administrator's guide available that would walk me through configuring this for him? Is there a default username/password combination that I can try from the web interface? And, since I suspect I can administer this from a web interface, is there any easy way to identify what IP address has been assigned to the PBX... maybe from a phone?
Thanks, Jason

The IPK II and voice mail each have their own IP address.
You can locate other dealers or re-sellers in your area from the NEC website. I for now would recommend this, you may know what your doing to a point but you make one wrong programming change you will have one un-happy customer if you can't figure it out.
