I have a customer who has a new IPK system who wants us to install a MOH system. Their current vendor does not sell MOH systems.
I need to know how this system connects with an MOH unit and whther it requires any programming to activate an external unit.

MOH connects to the back rca jack on the side of the ksu. You might need to turn MOH in the system to external but it could be set that way already.

In the system programming you go into program 1-8-26 and select "EXT" for external music on hold.
I notice you are in Parker, CO.
My company only works on NEC equipment and actually services the Town of Parker (Town hall, Rec Center etc...), Parker Police dept and the Parker Water Dept.
