I have a client with a DSX80 system installed. I came aboard with the client in January and, as a novice with help from this board, set up the Intramail features of the system using the System Administrator software via the client's LAN. At that point in time, the DSX box was responding on IP address 192.168.2.250.
About 3 weeks ago, said client upgraded their DSL service through AT&T in order to get faster upload/download speeds (done on a day I was not in the office). When I returned, the LAN based printer had to be reset due to a change in IP address on the network. The next time I went to log in to the DSX system, I could not connect through the LAN, now I am only able to connect via USB cable directly onto the DSX card itself. If I look at my network status, it shows a device on the correct network port for the DSX system, but it shows as offline.
Could the upgrade to the DSL have impacted the DSX ability to be seen/connected to over the LAN? If I power off the DSX box and bring it back up, will that refresh the IP and give me LAN access again?

Is you lan now on a different subnet like 192.168.1.xxx ?
you should assign a static IP to the DSX via phone programming

What does the rest of the network look like. Is the DSL modem a 2-wire brand modem (or some other like a netopia) that has multiple ports and a built in router?
If the only change is the DSL modem (all other routers, switches, etc. are still the same), then you may need to get a different IP address (like from 192.168.1.50 to say 192.168.0.50).
If you are at 2xx, you can have the system use DHCP then assigning the IP is easier. And there are plenty of new features that make updating well worth your while.

Thanks for the help. The subnet and the gateway had changed with the upgraded DSL. Made those fixes through SysAdmin software and we are able to connect over the network again.
Thanks so much.
