Little background I have a customer, that we put a new Aspire M. The business is a "church" and one of the users does a music lesson over the phone. The party she calls plays music while the user on the aspire sings. Well with the Aspire phones being half duplex speaker phones this doesn't work real well since the music comes across choppy if at all with her singing. So we put a full duplex module on here phone thinking it will solve the problem, nope if anything it may be worse. I was wondering what my options are besides installing a Polycom type phone next to here Aspire phone.

I was never happy with the full duplex module except when it was installed on a phone in a small private office. If your customer is trying to call from a large room, you might have her move to a smaller room and see if you have any better luck.

Sell them a NEC UX5000 terminal. The DG-12E & DG-24E both are full duplex and work with Aspire as well.

Put this in as last ditch effort and it passed all my tests hopefully it passes all the customers test and those phones are dead sexy.
