I have a ndk9000 system which receives calls on tli cards. I know they are 3 digits cause they are send for a pabx. The customer wants to change am extn number on the ndk9000 from 544 to 546. I have had a look at the programming 1-1-22 doesn't exist. How else can received calls be send to extns. I have change extn 544 to 546 I get busy when rung. I have set the remote end to send calls for 546 to 544 this works fine. any help appreciated thanks

There is no programming required the other end had the wrong programming sending the call to extn 544
|
