Here is my problem.
Equipment. Electra Elite 4500 with EliteMail card 4 port
Scenario: Call comes in and after 4 rings is picked up by AA. Customer enters 2 for Sales, 3 for Customer Service or 4 for Billing. Call is forwarded to appropriate extension. If NA then it goes to VM. Just as it should.
After 5 PM, Call comes in and after 4 rings is picked up by AA. Customer enters 2 for Sales, 3 for Customer Service or 4 for Billing. AA say to wait while it trys that extension. At this point, the call just hangs in the breeze. No extension rings. I have the VM schedule set to 12AM (0000) to 11:59 PM (2329) but it has no effect.
Any ideas?

Take a look in the Night Mode screen digits assignment and call Transfer permission.

try what vad60 said first(hes good) but I don't think the 4 zeros work(0000). I would try 0800-0759.

Thanks for the help. Night mode had no ext assigned to it. After I assigned an ext to the operator mailbox, all worked well.
