Hi guys...we recently picked up a new customer and they have a NEC IPK phone system. Unfortunately...we have little NEC experience. They are upgrading to a T-1 w/ DID and I need someone to support my tech for the programming when he is on-site. Does anyone have any ideas?
We have been searching for a local company who supports NEC but really can't find one.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
