Hi all, my first post... I'm trying to get a little guidance. We have had the same phone system at our company for the past 15 years and its time to get something better. Our needs are really basic, can anyone direct me to something that might be out there that's a good ebay deal?

we currently have:
Starplus 616 flex w/ 6 analog lines & capability for 16 handsets. The only available options on this thing is paging & on-hold music option.

we want a phone system with:
* Minimum of 4 analog in lines
* Minimum of 6 handset capability
* Ability to set up 5 individual mailboxes
* Ability to have call forwarding to a cell phone from the individual mailboxes

Thats all we need. It seem that a lot of these phone systems have a thousand options but we are only interested in those I listed.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

this thread shouldn't be considered closed anyone is still welcome to make suggestions

there is a lot of equipment out there that will do Jesse wants . In my opinion a vendor that can do a proper install and who understands the equipment and the customers needs is every bit as important as the actual equipment choice

Manufacturers, are you listening? Most customers just want a simple system, not something that will make an IT "professional" drool!

And many of us on this forum think a good vendor is better than any phone system!

Very well said! :thumb:

I am about to replace a system that was installed by a customer. There really isn't anything wrong with the system, it just isn't the right system for the customer's needs. There also isn't anyone available to support the system.
