I have an NEC xen axis site with isdn indial which has extn 799 indial ring at reception when reception is busy calls ring on another phone as an SIE. is it possible to change the ring of this SIE key appearance?
If not how can I get the other extn to ring differently for calls on indial number 799?

Check MB 4-37 & 38, that should help. You need to know the button number that the SIE key rings on. Hope this helps.
