IF you are installing the PRI card w/ the DSX NEC systems, make sure that the customer's phone provider is contacted in advance of the install date. Mnay phone companies will fail to mention that a proprietary patch cord, needing to be crimped in a proprietary way, is needed to link between the NEC PRI card and the provider's CPU computer/router box. The system will not work w/o this proprietary patch cord.

You mean a T1 crossover cable to an Integrated Access Device. Pretty standard stuff nowadays.
