I have come across a old Nec system that needs some programming. The Ksu case is white with the blue nec label on the front. The main Cpu board is labeled DX2-NA-32 ... etc Part number is 92008. The cust wants to have their line 5 DIL to auto attendant. The problem is I need a programming manual for this unit, and have no idea what the model is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

PS the cust has a user manual that has iseris on the cover.

I believe its a 124I

I will say the i series can be a challenge to program if your not used to it or the family

you might want to look for someone experienced to help you out

Thanks, I found the correct manual, It was an I series. I was able to log in to programming and enter section 0917 DIL assignment, but it wouldn.t let me enter the vm pilot #316. I reviewed programming in section 0901 and found the trunk service type where I have the options 0 normal, 2 trunk answered by auto attendant,3 disa,4 did,5dil,6 tie line, and 7 t1 wink start. I am thinking I should choose the option 2 (auto attendant) and not do the dil to ext 316. In newer systems ipkII i use the dil to do this but, this is an old system I am not used to.
