Hello,

The "T1 Alarm" "0F" code is showing on our 100 extension's NEC Dterm80 LCD screen.

I swear I've seen this before, and it does not appear to be causing any issues, but I'm wondering what this code means because (i.e. does it signal a larger issue?)...

Thanks in advance.

Your T1 is having issues, probably a telco issue.
Swap out the card & then call the T1 provider.

I think the "OF" indicates "out-of-frame" for the T-1 signal. If you are not having service issues, and want to clear the display, you will have to reset the system cabinet. I generally don't like suggesting this, though, because some of the older Elite cabinets have the VMS voicemail with harddrive, and I have seen that voice mail fail following a customer's reboot.

Update: I was able to clear the "T1 Alarm 0F" code by power cycling one of our cabinets (we have 2 of them linked up, and I believe this was probably some kind of sync issue since I only had to cycle one of the cabinets in order for the code to clear).

Thanks for everyone's input, it is very much appreciated!
