On the 192 does the LK1 through LK8 have to be assigned to CO's? In the SAT software the option to change then is greyed out.

Ok, I am looking through the software and can not find where to set what the LK's do. All I want is for LK1 and 2 is to be CO1 and 2. LK3 to be VM (ext 200) and LK4 to be station page, 51. The other LK's I want to assign to stations and LK16 to dial an outside number. What is the process to make this work in the software?

Did you ever Programmed IPKs? Do you have a book? Do you know how to get into the programming manually on the telephone? If you never dealt with it you better call Tech who is familiar with NEC.

No I have never programmed them. I do have all of the manuals and software and am very computer literate. I wanted to take a stab at this before I call someone to pay. This is for our volunteer fire house and we are already over the $ limit for this system. The rest is out of my pocket. I figured that all I need is such a basic system that I should be able to do it. I have also been able to program from the phone. The manuals do make sense and phone programming seems easier then the software programming does! If I am able to get these LK buttons figured out, I will be pretty much done what I need to do with it.

Well after a few more hours reading I figured out how to do it... However, now I broke the LK1 and LK2 to CO1 and CO2, lol. Back to reading again!
