I want !st say I apperciatate all you input and advise. I have installed the system and everything went well. I couldn't get the virtual Extension to work. I talked with NEC tech support and they said I was programed correctly (thanks to you guys). I was told I might have to upgrade the software because I'm 01.01 and the latest is 01.10.
Is this true? and all I have to do is copy it to any USB flash drive?

Put firmware on a flash drive and boot it up with it plugged into the USB port. Following the directions on the NEC site will default the system.
