I am programming a ipkII for a cust and they want a few extensions to ring 3 times, then some different extensions to ring, then go to inmail auto attendant. I programmed it to ring in as normal, go to ring group 1 and programmed a virtual with delayed ringing for the second extensions to ring, then dil/irg no answer to inmail auto attendant. All works fine like that but, I was wondering if it is possible to have the second set of extensions ring without using a virtual or cap key. Basically to have a call come in normal, go to ring group 1 then ring group 2 then dil/irg no answer to inmail auto attendant. Thanks

I'm afraid you are going to have to involve a virtual. In fact, I would DIL to a VE with FWD no answer to another VE, then FWD no answer to the InMail pilot.
