customer has ds2000 with intramail. when a ext gets a voice mail the system will not let you delete them. it keeps coming back as a new message. i tried unprogramming the voice mail and reprograming it. both to the mailbox and to the entire card and same problem. any ideas? i think the flash card is bad.

Try one very simple thing first. After listening to a message and choosing to delete it, exit all the way out of the mailbox instead of just hanging up. See if that works before looking at the card.

You have to exit from your mailbox before any messages marked for deletion are actually deleted.
