Got a system where the fan is running really loud. Tried calling ActiveVoice on the wed. before the holiday and spent 40 minutes listening to bad 80's music before it hung up. Don't know if there is a point in trying to find a replacement fan or what. Cover is off system but possible the card could take damage if the fan goes out on a weekend or middle of the night. Thoughts, suggestions?

I have recently been having trouble getting thru the voice mail queue at the NTAC, also. However, I have had to replace a couple of those fans myself & Active Voice had always AV'd them as they were still under warranty.
