Hello all, I am in desperate need of help with learning more about the 2400 quickly, as we are switching over to Avaya in the next couple months. I need to figure out all the info I need to get out of the switch to give to Avaya so they can program the new system. Trouble is, I know some basics (moves, adds, changes) but not much past that. I've been trying to use the NEC manuals for the last 6 months to keep the system running, but they talk over my head when it goes past basic stuff. Current setup has the 2400 serial linked to an Avaya Modular Messaging system. Using MAT to admin switch. I don't have anyone in my company to ask and I cannot hire anyone. Any help would be appreciated more than you can know. Thank you, everybody.

try using the the "LIST COMMANDS" this will list out various information. most are the same as the assign command, but have a L as the first letter. Like AFRS is assign flex routing and LFRS is list flex routing.
