System setup with Inmail 8 port. Auo attendant gets call and is set for dial action table "digit 5" set to go to ext 105 (there is no phone setup for that extension as it was damaged and has not been replaced. )

However instead of transferring to that extensions mailbox (5) it transfers back to main greeting. How can I get it to transfer to subscriber mailbox 5 or ext 105?

Thanks

AM

That fixed the dialed digit aspect thanks, however when I dial the extension on its own from an outside CO line it plays the P.H.A.M. message then waits 7 sec and transfers back to the main greeting....
