I was able to get this sorted out, and am posting this for follow up.
apparently, and not included in that revision of the manual or in the help file :bang: , in order for the agents to see the displayed information, they have to have their client group assigned AFTER you set up the messages for each individual client. So I had put them all into the client group "main" originally. So I had to go in and assign each agents default message which kicked them out of the "main" group and allowed them to see messages.

I dunno, I finally got ahold of an IPKII cheat sheet that walked me through setting up the agents correctly.

I just added agent client to 20 PC's in a small call center.

When I did the install it updated the .net from the internet to 3.5.

The agent client software would not run, so I also installed the .net 1.1 from the NEC install CD and that worked....

why does something so easy have to be so hard....?
