Picked up a new customer this week. They have an Elite IPK system with 16 CO lines in. one board is the caller ID board. The lines we are trying to display CID for are on the CID board.
We programmed 1-1-78 to designate the 5 phones that need to display CID. All 5 have the 4 CO lines present.
Confirmed CID is available at MPOE, but can't get it to display on phones.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You sure it's a IPK?? MB 1-1-78 is not there in my version of MAT only the old Elite 192 MAT. Check MB 1.8.08 CLID CLS settings..

On the IPK I CPU version 1700 & above memory block 1-1-78 is eliminated. Check 1-8-08 COS.

And another thing, the phones in question need to ring in order for CID to be displayed.
What kind of CO cards are in there, COIB, COID? These are required for CID. The MIF-M w/ KMM chip is required for storing the CID data, 50 calls max.

Well, I checked the 1-1-08 class of service and made sure that the CID settings were allowed... for COS 1 and then went to 4-17 and set all stations on ports 03 and up to be COS 1. No luck
I have two CO cards: COI-8-U10 COIB-8-U30
The second one is the CID board and the 4 CO lines that are active with CID that we want to display are plugged into the second card.
Still looking for help... Thanks.

When you check 7-1, be sure and make sure the J-1 jumper is set for COID mode.
