Metropical: DIT = Direct Indial Termination, that is to say, Dedicated ring to One location only. Could be a Phone, Group, Auto Atten, Single Line Phone, Car Key.

Crisco3 - we have DTU-16D-2.
Now, after playing around trying different suggestions my mic no longer works. I can her them but they can't her me.
Any suggestion besides the obvious throw it against the wall option?

Ann-Marie, that is the PHONE type, not the SYSTEM type. If you dial feature 1 with hand set in cradle, you can turn mic back on.
