Well, I need some assistance now. System is IPK II w/ InMail. The system is being taken over by a new customer & everything needs to be defaulted. We have never used the InMail utility before ( never had the need to ).
The InMail utility ver. 1.3.1 docs state that the flash can be re-formatted. Does that mean the flash drive will be erased, or, will it put the InMaill back to a default state?

I just got my answer from NTAC. The InMail utility does re-intialize the flash drive, not "wipe" it.

Nice app this . Use it all the time for tech training. Also will allow you to put other languages on it other that the three that come with it though you must keep the regional default (AU English in our case) otherwise no prompts on answer..
