I have instructions to change the time on our NEC Electra Elite 48. What we used to do is goto extension 100 or 101 and hit the voicemail key, then type 632 and our password. From in there I can change the time and date.
Awhile back a technician was here and since I'm the one who does all the work he setup my extension (106) to have manager function.
Now I cannot use our original way to login and set date/time. I have to login through my extension and use the manager functions. I've set date and time to what it should be 11:03am, but each phone still says 10:03am.
Any ideas what to do?

Usually from extension 100 or 101 [Extension connected to the 1st port on the system] With the phone hung up and idle Press FEATURE [FNC on older phones] Dial 9 Press # Enter the hour and minute via the dial pad Press RECALL to change to am/pm as needed Press FEATURE [FNC] to end
