Does anyone know of a way to set a one touch key to go direct to a users mailbox instead of re-ringing a phone.
I have a few scenarios that i need to setup that a caller can press a key to leave a user a message and i would rather not build a separate box and have it copy the message.

If you mean out of a mailbox or transaction box, just add another digit after the extension number. Soooo, if the guy you want to transfer to is ext 210, program yer one-touch digit as 2101.

Did You Try changing Call Transfer to your Ext. to No Transfer? Of That Persons Mail Box.
