Does anyone has or knows of 13 character activation code for ElectraElite Mail VMS? Company has ElectraElite 48/192 and needs to set the VMS to new, to do this requires to have 13 character activation code. Any help would be appreciated.

No activation coded needed to de-archive the default database. You only need activation codes to increase port count. Hope this helps.

The thing is that the company’s VMS database had an error; database repair option would not fix the error. I tried to fix the error from archived database, but now the system would come up with the screen asking for 13 character activation code. This screen comes up before it try to initiate/run VoiceMail files. I do not know what happened, I thought it reset itself to factory setting.

That's a new one on me too. Usually when you de-archive the default database it will boot up and you can log in with the default manager log in.
You may have to call ntac/active voice on this one.
