Good morning,

I was hoping someone could assist me. I have a customer who has a NEC Aspire and they have an annoying music on hold music. lol. They are would like to change the music. I am not very familiar with this type of system and cannot offer any assistance. It looks like the Aspire comes with an internal source and I believe the music they have is a default b/c they have it at two locations. Any help as to the steps to change it???

Do you know how to get into programing and make changes? If so it is a easy change to turn of MOH.

Nothing like the internal music on hold, ala Ice cream truck. IF you know how to get in programming you can turn it off in program 10-21

I always thought it sounded like merry go round music. But, better not argue about it. We could start a long ost on this subject.
