Customer was ugraded from Elite 192 to IPK 4600. We just put another CPU in it. Added a PRI from a.t.&t. 20 B-Channels on PRT U-20 in slot 1-7. Static is heard on the customers side as well as "clipping or choppines" I don't hear it on my end. We swapped the CLK card but I wonder if a D-Channel trace will show us anything. There are no alarms on the PRT card or ext. 100 on port 01.
I am also considering requesting a.t.&t. stress test the circuit.
Opinions, ideas?

Had exactly the same issue on an IPKII in Wash D.C. it was the circuit from the carrier.
I had to replace the CPU, cabinet, PRI card and digital station cards and all the phones (24 phones total) before the carrier would drop a new circuit into the premise.
Big surprise, new circuit and trouble is gone. Carrier got a bill for my time, shipping and parts.
