Does anyone have information about where to find a manual for this phone? I have phoned NEC and they can't seem to help me. I have 18 vm messages that I can't retrieve!!

DTU-16D-2 is the model of the phone
We need to know what model phone system you have.
When you say you can't retrieve messages tell us exactly how you are trying to retrieve them, more details the better

If You go to your Telephone Room on the Wall will be A box (KSU) With a Black or Blue cover With the NEC Logo. On the Side there will be a Tag with the Model type system you Have.
