I cannot recall how to set up the following:
In Elite Mail, each subscriber mailbox: " Please Press 1 to be forwarded to my cell phone"..
In the directory boxes via co-sessions, I press [Control] E , then select "Transfer Options", at which time the 1-touch options appear. I thought it was as simple as entering 9 and the cell number, but that doesn't seem to work. It's been a long time since I've done this feature. For some reason I keep thinking that I'm supposed to insert a #, but I'm not sure if that was for "Flash" when using CO Centrex. Anyway, I'm lost for the moment.
The customer has a PRI. They currently forward phones out to cell phones over the PRI, now they want to give the callers an option to press 1 instead of leaving a message.
What am I forgetting?

Create a new mailbox just for the transfer to cell phone. Then point the 1-touch option to the new mailbox.

Dose your Customer want every call he get's to go to his Cell Phone? I tell My Customer's to use off site Call Forward on Their Desk Phone for Important call's or Important Customer's and The rest put in their VM Box. And Setup MSG. Notifiy when there is a new MSG. That Way he won't be on the Cell Phone All Day If he's real busy. "Just My 2 Cents"

Customer wants callers to have option of either leaving a message or "press 1 if this is an emergency" whereby the caller gets transferred to a cell phone. They don't want "cell notification", they want the live call transferred.
I know I can give them one-touch options within each mailbox. What I'm trying to figure out is the dial string to effect grabbing a line, then dialing the cell.
I thought it would be as easy as 9 + the cell phone number, but that doesn't work. I tried adding commas after the 9 for pauses, but it wouldn't accept the commas. I know I have done this in the past...... I just don't remember how.

Using co-sessions, at each subscriber (directory) mailbox; press [control] + E, select "transfer options"..... I can now set any digit 1 - 0 as a one-touch transfer, just like you see in "Transaction boxes". I just need to know the code or digits that tells the mailbox to transfer the call out via a trunk to a cell phone.

Like I said, you will need to create another mailbox to perform the offsite transfer and then point to that mailbox from the 1-touch options. In the new mailbox, Transfer-->Yes, replace the X with 9+phone number, and Release.

Phonemeister:
Thanks for the suggestion. This worked like a charm and was much more efficient that building CAR keys and call-forwarding the CAR off site.
I verified in my installer's manual that the only options I can input for 1touch transfers are transfers to valid mailboxes, T-boxes, and greeting boxes.... so the extra mailbox with transfer to an outside number was just the thing I needed.
Thanks again.
