My customer has IPK (I) with software version 1.??
They have PRI with DID's. We can forward any station off site via [Feature] 6 0 , 9 + tel #.... and the incoming call will transfer off site nicely. However, transferred calls and direct station calls (ICM station #) will not transfer offsite, we get an error on the display.
If a call is answered by the receptionist and transferred to a station that is forwarded off site, the call does not go through... the receptionist gets an error. If we try simply dialing the extension of a forwarded phone, we get the error. If we dial the station's direct DID, it gets forwarded.
I have verified many, many, many times the trunk-to-trunk settings in 3-04, in 1-8-08, etc, etc.
Any thoughts?

Try using 41 instead of 60. from the phone to be forwarded press speaker, 41, 9, tel number, speaker. This is call forward off premise.

What line groups are you using? If you answer a call and tranfer to that ext.you should hear the dial tone of the system dialing out. when He answers the call the recept. can hit conf. twice and hang up.

That feature should just work.
You may have a corrupted database or a bad CPU.

Just for fun...check memory block 4-10 for a duplicate station number assignment...

I have checked and rechecked all station numbers. I have tried using "speaker 41" instead of "feature 60".
If the receptionist transfers a call to a station forwarded off-premise, she hears a fast busy (and if I recall, the display shows "error"). However, a direct dialed DID forwards just fine.
I am also suspecting a corrupted data base, but would like to be able to prove it some how.

Use SAT to back up the database, then de-fault the CPU & see if the trouble remains...
This will tell us if the database is corrupted.
Also, try another CPU if you have one....
