what is the recommened way to help prevent accidental 911 calls? Our users dial 9 for an outside line and quite often (2-3 times/month) 911 gets called. Is it easy to change the 9 somewhere? I've tried electric shock therapy but that didn't work. Thanks, this is an IPK2 -

the only way they could dial 911 is to dial 9...get the line then dial 911...so their dialing 9911. Sounds like your not using enough electricity in the therapy. Skip Electra IPK-2

To Change Line Groups it's 14-05. Do you have S/L Ext.'s with Alarms Systems Connected to it? Or Fax's? If so, They may Have 9911 In the Speed dial of the Fax.

I know it's coming from extensions because the extension that dials 911 is displayed on everyones lcd. that way we can go check on them, but no one ever does because it's 'always' accidental..
I looked at 14-05. It looks a bit out of my league..
