My knowledge on the NEAX 2000 ips/ivs is limited. I have a customer I have done some minor troubleshooting and programming changes for that is asking for something over my head. They want several exts. to have to use account codes to call out. They also want this to appear on SMDR to network that will be picked up by a third party computer. A previous vendor has (according to customer) installed pbx hardware needed. There is a card mounted on the processor that has a network cable going to their network switch. The third party that is gathering SMDR data gave me an IP address they said was provided to them by the previous vendor. Before I throw in the towell on this one is there anyone who could provide live tech support by phone and/or remote programming for hire?
