Got a call from a company that had sv8100 installed by someone from out of town. They want their MOH unit hooked up and asked if I could do it.

I'm familiar with and certified in Elite systems, Aspire, Pro 1, Pro II, DSX..... but have yet to lay eyes on the SV8100. Is there a audio port on the unit or does the MOH cord get punched down on a connecting block? Do I set up programs 10-04-01, 14-08-01 or is there something else?

There is an Audio port on the Front of the CP-OO,
Program 10-04-01, you should be good to go.
