I too have the same problem, afew of our phones have a headset button programed in, but a couple dont. We have many unused buttons currently, if you can also send me the instructions to program that button to work. It's the Dterm80 16 button unit.

I'm in the same boat with a NEC system using dterm80 handsets and I am unable to program for headset use. Would you please PM me the programming instructs?

If memory serves, on IPKII press Prog, Press Fctn, then the open function key, Then dial 05(headset) <---I could be way off on that. If all else fails RTFM
