I have a customer with an IPK II with InMail. They would like to have the option that if a caller chooses an extension and gets a mailbox they can press a digit to be transfered to the subscriber's cell phone (example - "to reach me immediately, please press 1" and the call forwards to a cell phone). I know this can be done with an LX but I have not been able to find any information about this for the InMail. Does anyone know if/how this can be done? Any help is appreciated.

It can be done. You must turn on "tandem trunking" in class of service, and loop disconnect service in 14-01-13.
In the InMail programming for each mail box, turn on "dialing option" = yes in 47-02-13, and assign a call routing box in "Next Call Rt box" 47-02-14.
Assign a unique call dial table for the call routing box. In the dial table, assign the digit 1 to UTRF to a speeddial bin. The speed dial bin will have the cell number programmed.
This works best if the customer subscribes to Call-Transfer (Centrex transfer) through the phone company, and you would program a Flash in the speed dial bin. If this service is not available, the call to the cell phone will tie up a second line to transfer the call (this is where the tandem trunking comes in). You must ensure that the phone company is providing Disconnect Supervision on the lines, otherwise the two trunk will remain held up after the call is terminated.

Thank you for the information. How can I send it to the speed dial bin? Is there a code that I have to enter before the bin number?

I don't have my IPK II book in front of me, so I am going to make the assumption that it is one of those things that programs the same as the Aspire (about 80% of the features and codes seem to work).
You are going to need to set up an "Abbreviated" dial. At that station dial [speaker] 853, then 299 (for bin 0299), enter the cell phone number,, then name.... press [Hold]
In the InMail Dial Table, for digit 1, UTRF it to #2299..... you may need a "pause" after the 299.

Use the common speed dial code in MB 11.12.10 though from experience you will have to change it from #2 to a numeric number only..
